Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Curated by D”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Curated by D Creative Collectives (Private) Limited.

We thoughtfully curate home, lifestyle and décor pieces designed to bring beauty, comfort and character to everyday living.

2. Our Products

We take great care in presenting our products accurately. However, many of our pieces are made using natural fabrics, traditional techniques and artisanal processes.

Small variations in colour, texture, weave, print placement, stitching and finish may therefore occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Product availability, specifications and pricing may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Curated by D.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

4. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website or at checkout.

Applicable taxes, duties or customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless specified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to the locations available at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Curated by D purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Unless otherwise stated, sale items, personalised items, custom-made items and pre-order/made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective/damaged item.

7. Product Care

Our textiles and home pieces are often made from natural fibres and should be cared for according to the instructions provided with the product.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect washing, cleaning, storage, handling or use.

Natural materials may develop subtle changes over time. We believe these characteristics add to the beauty and individuality of each piece.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our brand name, logo, photography, product imagery, designs, graphics, written content and collection names, belongs to or is licensed to Curated by D.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Customer Content

If you share photographs, reviews or other content with Curated by D, you give us permission to use that content for our website, social media and marketing purposes.

We will always aim to represent your content respectfully and in keeping with our brand.

10. Website & Third-Party Links

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
