Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom pieces

• Sale or final clearance items

3. How to Return or Exchange

• Contact us at info@curatedbyd.shop with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

• We’ll guide you through the process and provide a shipping label if applicable.

4. Refunds

• Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

5. Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size, color, or item, we’ll process the exchange as soon as the returned item is received, subject to stock availability.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective/damaged item.
